Safe Operating Procedures
Each Operator should read & understand the following instructions...
1. Ride will not be operated in rain, lightning, or winds over 20 MPH
2. All persons must remove their shoes.
3. All persons in bouncer should be same size.
4. No loose or sharp objects of any kind allowed.
Glasses should be removed.
5. No food, drink or gum.
6. No smoking or open flames within 50 ft. of bouncer.
7. No silly string or fireworks under any circumstance.
8. Never exceed recommended capacity (also on the front of bouncer) Children 3-8 years -10, Children 8-12 years -8,
Persons 13-17 years -5, adults -3.
9. The responsible person must supervise the bouncer at all times & assist children in and out.
10. No roughhousing or flipping allowed. No climbing on the nets. Anyone who does not obey the rules after being warned should be required to exit the bouncer.
11. The responsible person must enforce all rules posted on front of bouncer at all times.
In case of emergency always remain CALM
For bad weather
have all persons exit bouncer, turn blower off, fold bouncer in half to protect from weather.
Loss of power
Remain CALM! have all persons exit as quickly as possible, check all cord connections, if a cord was unplugged, plug it back in & re-inflate the bouncer. If this is not the problem, please call Kid Kastles immediately at 836-2362 or 432-4135.

ARE YOUR BOUNCERS SAFE & CLEAN?
Yes! We have 4 children of our own so we did extensive research on the inflatables before purchasing to make sure they are of the highest quality and have the most state of the art safety features. Our bouncers are the cleanest in Oldham County... we throughly clean, disinfect and inspect each one BEFORE & AFTER every rental. An adult is required to supervise the bouncer at all times. Our bouncers are covered for protection from the weather & have netting on all sides for clear visibility of riders & great air circulation. They also have attached entrance ramps to allow for easier entry & exit. HOW DO I BOOK MY BOUNCER? Just give us a call 502-836-2362! The sooner the better, especially around major holidays or events. No deposit required. Payment in full is due at time of set-up. HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD? We are the most flexible rental company...we do not limit you to 6 or 8 hours. We do ask that we pick up the bouncer before dark (the time varies according to time of year). WHAT ABOUT AN EVENING PARTY? We will leave the bouncer over night in a secure area. The person renting the bouncer is responsible for the unit the entire time. There may be an additional charge to do this & the unit will be picked up in the morning or you will be charged for another days rental. IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE? Not for local delivery (Oldham county)... due to the extremely high gas prices we have to charge delivery ($25.00) outside of Oldham county. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS OR SNOWS? We are very flexible & will do our best to accomodate your party. However we will not set up in rain, lightning or winds exceeding 20MPH (for everyones safety.) We do have an indoor bouncer that can be substituted if available. There is no deposit to worry about. DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT? No, just a level area free of rocks, sticks etc. and a normal (110 volt) outlet within 100 feet. The bouncer can be set up on grass (preferable) or concrete.
